This location is excellent. It’s well laid out, and has a good selection and knowledgeable staff. I especially appreciate that it’s never too busy so it’s always an enjoyable experience.

Went in to purchase the Craftsman Rechargeable Drill set they advertised for $99.00. Asked a sales person for the display but was shown the set in a box and told we dont have one on display so I couldnt see them and hold them to see how they would feel and handle, with that I said you have lost a sale and he just walk away like he didnt care so no customer care. will buy my new drill some where else.

I have been to the store several times. Staff have been very knowledgeable and helpful. Very good variety of products.

I went to Lowes (Tillicum Mall)to see if I could figure out what I needed to know before I could purchase a new fridge & I was so impressed with the assistance I received from Gareth. He answered my questions, pointed out things I should consider & narrowed my options based on a list of must haves,personal preferences,space restrictions & price point. He printed out all the info & added notes to each page so I could check out the relevant details, & make a(currently very well informed) decision.

Terrible customer service. Snappy and lack of knowlage. I have also found they have next to no selection compared to most all other hardware stores
