I would like to give a minus if it's possible! I had an awful experience coming in here. They totally shaved my fluffy toy poodle down. They said her fur was "matted" which is not true!! I do agree my dog has some matted on her belly and armpit but I've told them to leave about at least 1cm (not even 1cm left now!!) because I'm afraid she will get the sunburn since dog skin are way much thinner than humans and they will need their fur to block out the UV! I have been coming here for years. They have very experienced Japanese groomers and have never once had aBad haircut for my pup. The staff there is always so sweet and welcoming. It’s no wonder they are rated best of Vancouver year after year.

Horrible experience at Pawsh. I have been taking my dog there for a very long time and ended up with a horrible groomer who shaved my dog after going in for just a bath and tidy. After being in shock at what the groomer did she yelled at me and the front desk lady too. Horrible...never even received an apology after years of going to the spa. Would advise everyone to find a new dog groomer
