I have a number of vehicles and have had service done at many different dealerships. Brown Brothers Ford service is by far and away the best service department I have used. They get to the bottom of what is wrong with the vehicle and fix it. I have also bought a number of new vehicles from Brown Brothers Ford and everything about them is geared to making the customer satisfied. I have no affiliation whatsoever with Brown Brothers, I am just a happy customer.
I just bought a Ranger in this outlet and it was an AMAZING experience i had ever encountered from the start. I was OVERWHELMED of the services that the staff had given me while Im in their establishment. Employees are very friendly, honest and tend to do more if it needs to. DEAN, WAYNE and MICHELLE are great people to deal with. They step beyond their comfort zone just to fulfill my needs and wants to my vehicle. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone. The sales staff was very helpful and accommodating. Everyone had great product knowledge. I did have a few minor issues with truck but Brown Bros quickly rectified them to my satisfaction. I would gladly recommend Brown Bros. to my friends when they're looking for vehicle.
The sale went very well, ask for Marisa she was good to deal with. This was a 2015 truck that BB had just completed some work on before selling. The rad was full of grass, skid plates full of dirt, it had an alignment done by BB which the steering wheel was off centre! It was booked for 8am Monday and it took them 3 days to get the alignment and then the steering was off the other way. It still needs to go to another shop! Never use their service department!!

We have taken our Lincoln for servicing here for the past 5 years. Sam has been by far the most helpful and accomodating service manager we have ever had snce we have even owned a vehicle. He bends over backwards to make sure that you are satisfied with the experience.

My sales representative was very patient with me during the decision to purchase the 2017 Escape.
