Was having trouble finding a vacuum bag for a hoover , I had the part number , and serial number. Male behind the counter was not very helpful, said to bring the cleaner in so he could match something up, otherwise he couldn't help me. i found the whole experience to be unprofessional, and his tone was very rude .

Excellent service for my central vacuum. Texas came and diagnosed ithe problem quickly and efficiently. He took the time to explain what was wrong and how to avoid it in the future.
