We had ordered from Zums once in the past and it arrived 45 minutes past the deliver time but it was a Saturday night so we just assumed they were busy. We tried them again tonight and ordered dinner at 6:15 with an expected time of 7:30. We called at 8:15 and was told it would arrive within minutes.
