Yes very ignorant receptionist!!! She never answers the phone.ive been in the office and witnessed not only one time with her being on her personal cell phone talking with her friends meanwhile the office phone is ringing and she just ignored it like wasn't even ringing for at least a good 15-20 minutes, while on the cell phone at the same time dealing with patients... I find her extremely rude and inconsiderate like she doesn't care about no one but herself and her cellphone. Not professional

great doctor,awful receptionist. i called to confirm my appointment a week before then when i arrived the receptionist was very rude and snappy with me since someone told me the wrong time at their office. after i called her out about her nasty attitude she stopped me in the hall as i left and informed me she was on her monthly cycle as if this is some sort of excuse for her to be nasty and rude to clients.she also never answers the phones,week 2 tring to schedual a fallowup, no luck still.
