Rented this hall ...
Rented this hall for our wedding. Very rude staff. Rehearsal was double booked on us forcing us to use another space for practice. Hall was filthy. Any and all emails made with concerns were completely disregarded. Floors were sticky, covered in dirt and scuffs when we arrived. Walls were splashed with pop and coffee. Had to do a lot of cleaning before we could use the space properly. Facilitator was very rude and even tried to make us clean the mess that was already there, even though she wrote it down during our initial walk through. Not easy to get damage deposit back and we were lied to about the date we could expect it returned to us. I grew up in the neighbourhood for 20 years and attended a lot of functions at this hall. It was always a dream to incorporate this hall and that part of my life into my wedding day and instead of making it special they've made it seem like a hassle and that we were a burden. I will NEVER rent here again even if it was free. Which it never would be. Rental prices are unreasonable. The only reason in giving them one star is because this app is making me select one.
