We lost our RV and hitch lock keys somewhere on a Saskatchewan Highway, never to be found. We stopped in at Cactus RV and they had us set up with replacement keys and locks and got the hitch lock cut off in record time. We were super impressed with their quick and friendly service not to mention they had exactly what we needed in stock. Thanks Cactus RV!!

I was really impressed when they were selling us the trailer, very professional. What I have a problem with is that extended warranty that they sell you. Its not worth the paper it is written on. They promise that pretty much every will be covered but when the time comes all they say is its its covered but we can charge you a lot of money and fix it. One of the issues is very serious but they dont care. All they care about is you signing the papers and once you tow it out of their sales place.
