I only gave 1 star in order to leave a review. Unfortunately, when I order something from Amazon that is going to Calgary, Amazon chooses to use INTELCOM to deliver the item and it never gets to my son who is the receiver. He has had to go to their warehouse every time to pick up the package. I don't know why Amazon uses them. They are totally useless as a courier company. Maybe their drivers don't know how to use GPS to find addresses. I will put in a complaint to Amazon again!

Absolutely terrible. They “delivered” a $1000+ package on the lobby floor of my apartment complex while I was away at work. Definitely not a safe delivery location. Came home 2 hours later from work and my package was nowhere to be found, probably because someone had scooped it up. I called them to file a complaint and they were absolutely no help at all. I would recommend to STAY AWAY from this company as they do not have your packages security in mind. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Terrible Service and can't follow instructions

Received a message saying he has my package. Since I wasn't home to receive the package I told him to leave it with my front desk staff. By the time I get home expecting to receive the package from the door staf, they have no records of it. It turns out the delivery person took the initiative to just drop my package at my door and leave it unattended for the next 10hrs. If I could rate this company lower than 1 star, would have given them .5.

Terrible services. EVERY single time Amazon sends me packages through them I have never received them. They don't have contact phone number. Just terrible. I give them a 0!!!

This is the worst courier I have ever dealt with NEVER NEVER EVER USE THEM FIND SOME ONE ELSE

Horrible company. The phone number for leduc doesnt get an answer or a machine nothing. the main number in montreal hangs up on you. your items dont show up and there is no way to track anything. Just terrible

Absolutely terrible service, never ship with this company.
