Was having a major problem with a brand new GE Cafe Double Oven range that was still under warranty from the manufacturer. Before HC Appliances came out I had two other companies and 4 other technicians attempt repairs. Once HC Appliances become involved they took the initiative to liaise with GE and were instrumental in obtaining the go ahead to have my range replaced. Without them I would still be trying to get GE to return my calls. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

I have had nothing but issues with my appliances and had this company has been out several times to service them. They were very quick to arrive each time. They had to order parts for my dishwasher but it came in within 5 days and he came right back out and fixed it right after the part arrived. Very nice man and great service! 5 / 5

Had these people out twice to fix our Samsung Dryer Under Warranty Had a horrible squeaking noise 6 months after we received it.They came out and replaced a drum and some other parts We called them about 5 months after these repairs were done, because squeaking still was there 10 times worse than orginal They said they would come out to fix it and then NEVER showed up We called another company and paid 260$ to replace a bearing which H&C neve even checked $ we unnecessiarly paid for warrantywork

I am a stickler for customer service as I work in the industry, I must say the gentleman that came to my home today was friendly, made conversation, listened to my concerns, had the part replaced and answered alternate appliance questions without hesitation. The lovely lady that answers your concerns and books you on the phone is super friendly! Will use them again for any random appliance issue I may have and will pass there name along!
