Relayed all necessary information to this contractor. Signed the agreement to have work completed in the agreed time. Contractor did not show up. After various calls, no response. They wasted weeks of valuable time as we were under pressure to have the project completed. Why not say they cannot start or provide communication saying they are too busy instead of leading us down the path of false agreements and commitments. Worked with other contractors before not had such a dismal incident
