TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I gave it one star just because there is no less available. Terrible service. went to get fund transfer from another institution to TD . first appointment spent one hour with financial adviser then she told me the system failed and was not able to submit my application to open account.Then she dismissed me asking to go and apply online which I tried but their website instruct me to book appointment.Booked appointment by phone and the lady who suppose to call never did.

I have been trying to reach an FA or the Branch since Jan 22nd, sent email to FA directly x 2 (old voice mail) left 4 messages of 3 days at main customer number, I have been trying to move funds from another FI to TD and obviously have ZERO INTEREST IN GETTING NEW FUNDS,,,,TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
