The Pinnacle

I've lived here for the better part of a year. The staff is rude and unhelpful. They did not reserve the elevator for my move although the time was agreed on days prior. Suite is overpriced and badly insulated with a constant draft, which made winter very difficult; it's as if the heat never turned on. There has been non-stop renovation in the building since I've moved in; saws, sanding drilling, etc... If you have the chance, save yourself from a terrible year here.

One of the girls that’s works in the office and does showings and move ins does not take her job seriously and has sex with her boyfriends in vacant suites, I have pictures to prove this

Pinnacle is home for me, I like the staff they are nice. I like my apartment and living downtown. I have an excellent view from my apartment, the building is very clean and renovated. They are always doing something to make it better improving for the people that live here. I have been here 12 years and will continue to live here by choice.

I like the staff and the location is best.

Best views of the river valley or on the other side views of the Oliver neighborhood/Brewery District.

Lived here for one year. Paid my rent on time and respected everyone. One of the the people who was living in the building started an argument over a parking spot and pushed me. I filed a complaint about this incident to the building staff and followed up a few times after that but they avoided me. The landlord made no effort to return my calls or messages. I just want to warn everyone who might consider moving into this building. After I moved out I did not hear from them regarding my deposit
