Their customer service is fast enough but the billing is terrible. They overbill and charge for the same thing twice. If we weren't under contract we wouldn't stay with them.

I was saddened to see that you had a negative experience with us. I discovered there were billing issues in our old accounting system which caused the problem, and we were happy to credit the invoices back when you contacted us regarding this mid-June 2017. The Sunco team always strives to give five-star service, but we realize this doesn't happen 100% of the time. Again, I apologize for the difficulties you experienced and appreciate your continued business.

We discovered there were billing issues in our old system which caused the problem and one of our team members called you back in June to explain the situation and credited the invoices in question. We always strive to give five-star service, but we realize sometimes this doesn't happen. I hope you were happy with the resolution and have enjoyed smooth billing since that time.
