Long time client! The staff at Plainsman have always gone out of their way to answer my questions and help me find my required items. Their selection of underglazes, stains, tools and clay have kept this community spinning!

Great products and beautiful storefront but the Employee/Manager is very condescending and rude unless you are an expert potter. My questions were met with derision and contempt. This was my 3rd visit and each time, I was left feeling embarrassed and overwhelmed by my lack of knowledge.
