Hot Shears Kingsway Mall

Walked in at 3:00pm to schedule an appointment where we were told that they had an opening around 4:15pm. We recieved no update from them at all until we decided to check in at 4:50pm where they just told us that they were closing. What is the point of leaving a number to be called if they don't even update you when your appointment can not be met?

Did not tell us hair dryer was final sale at time of purchase. That night when I got home and tried it, I did not like it and what a shock when I looked at the reciept to see no returns. If I had known it was final sale I would not have bought it. Took it back and have gotten the run around from them. Now I am out $135. Very unimpressed. Terrible store. Would not recommend or go back.

I was visiting from Victoria BC and went in before closing. I had them fix a bad hair cut and the stylist did a fantastic job! Very friendly and most definitely recommend them! Thank you!
