They made so many mistakes from start to finish & would not own up to any of them. When Id ask questions or tell the owner what his staff told me he dismissed it & called me a liar, only to later have multiple of his staff members admit to their mistakes in front of him. One lady got in my face pointing & yelling like she wanted to fight me. They quoted me one price then tried to charge me 5X that. They agreed to let me pay the quoted price but then reduced my tax refund by that amount. TERRIBLE
