I could not be more disappointed with the customer service we received while waiting for my daughters glasses to come in. Our initial appointment, eye exam, and ordering of the glasses was excellent and the staff was great to deal with while in their location. We ordered the glasses and we were promised the would arrive in 2 weeks. After almost 4 weeks and the glasses have still not arrived.
