Just amazing!My business doesn't close until 6 pm so Piotr stayed very late to get our new phones set up.he was dealing with older,perhaps technologically challenged people so it took some effort on his part.He was very patient and helpful although his dinner was probably getting cold at home.I have always dealt with the Phone Store in the past and with the excellent service that Piotr provided I will do so in the future

I'm not typically one to complain about poor service but kamila at the phone store has horrible customer service skills. I bought s brand new phone and she refused several times when I asked to have my information changed over claiming that it was easy and I can do it myself. I'm not tech savvy and cannot do it myself. i was willing to pay for this service they have always done for me without asking, but was still refused.
