Hello Tuss.S Finally I think I found your details Sorry for the inconvenience. Though I could not get your full name If I am right I have located your appointment details on Valentines day and sent you a personal email to resolve this issue. Please note that due to our Mothers death we had to leave the country suddenly and un expectedly. I understand that the 2 for 1 coffee news offer was not fully understood by our therapists and they charged you differently. I had sent you another email (as per our email in our records) Please note we are in business since the last two years and we are not that bad. We have our regular patrons who are our clients for the last two years. We make a genuine effort in our business to satisfy the clients. Hello Tussin, I am Siva Co-owner of this Business,I was not able to find any customer by name "Tussin" in our records. Also we do not use cosmetics in our Spa since Esthetics is not yet offered. We have only Massages. You had mentioned this as the "dirtiest spa" in Calgary. I would like to learn more from you to improve our business since it seems you have good knowledge about all Spas in Calgary. Thanks Siva
