It is 21-October-2021, 12 :05 pm, we called Customer Services phone line 403-228-6995. My call was answered by a very rude and unfriendly female individual. Not receptive at all and would definitely be a liability to this company. She refused to answer the simple question about the delivery that is scheduled today and even said she’s not the driver, so how would she know. We said that she should know because she’s the customer rep. She’s so insensitive, she hung up the phone on me. Ann

I went to this drycleaners as recommend from other drycleaners if something is hard for them they send it to Gellibrands. They saved my $800 dollar coat and I have been going back every since.
