Would give these morons less than 1 if that was a possibility. One employee says one thing the manager says other. No empathy group of empty vessels working here. Good they are right for this job only as they would be a misfit everywhere else. Manager has no decency not accepting their employee did something wrong blaming the customer.
Arrived a few minutes before closing. Employee was letting a customer out as doors were already locked (before 9PM). Spoke to female employee asking her if I could grab one item as they still had a lineup at the till and it was before 9PM. She said no their system was closed. She was very abrupt and pulling the door closed while standing in doorway. There are many Dollaramas in Calgary and I will take my business to another location that treats customers with respect
