They don’t know anything about the subject at hand. They are aggressive and rude. Although we checked ahead of time and knew they were necessary they said no. Kept saying no although we insisted wasp nest could kill me. Hung up on us mild sentence claiming we were the ones saying no. Got an email from the property manager claiming we refused to spray for wasps and told them no. We recorded the call. Do not use. Corrupt and rude.
