I have been using this place for 5 years! They are so kind with me even if I have lots of stuff I have to buy, overall the place and the people are amazing.

Extremely poor customer service. They inadvertently charged me two extra times and almost a month later, still have not received a refund nor been able to get ahold of the owner despite numerous calls. Would not recommend and am advising my dance studio to not use them anymore!

Terrible service. After coming all this way from interior BC to get properly fitted for dance slippers. My daughter has her first dance class in socks as the slippers are too small. Turns out she couldnt go up on her toes in them. I called and they said it was past the 30 day return policy and that they know they fit them properly...she must have had a growth spurt. In 1 month? Truth is they never asked her to point her toe, they never went near her foot to see if they fit...
