Poor service

very disappointed, setup a time for the truck to show up and they didn't, no calls nothing. Had several contractors waiting for the hydrovac before they could do their job. Finally got a hold of the dispatchers and was told the reason they didn't come was because they hadn't received credit appt. Credit app was faxed but they had not recieved, no followup on their end, truck wasn't coming period, they said they didn't want to come because they didn't know if they were going to get paid. Lame in my opinion, very un professional cost me a bundle, and didn't except credit cards either.
