    Poor service, high prices

    I took my taxes in to get done and had questions about rental property income. Alot of the questions I had the specialist did not have any of the answers to. He refered me to goverment websites which I had already read. It didnt seem like he knew much about anything I had issues with. My taxes were pretty simple with only a few numbers to punch in. He charged me a fortune. Over $170, it took about 20 minutes for him to complete my taxes. He never gave me an estimate, I was at fault for not asking for one. That was my first time going to a tax center and the LAST. I would never go to that H&R block in airdrie ever again!!! I
